Quang Binh tourism has 2 best things: Phong Nha cave, in Vietnam it’s called “Vietnam’s best cave” (Nam thiên đệ nhất Động), and Thien Duong cave (Paradise cave), Phong Nha Ke Bang national park – a World Natural Heritage. Addtion, there’re Nhat Le beach, Danced Stone beach at under the Danced Stone pass… The best time to visit Quang Binh is Summer, you can up the mountains and down sea too.
You should be in Quang Binh least 2 days to have full experiences about this land.

How to get Quang Binh
From Hanoi and Sai Gon (Ho Chi Minh city), you may go by train, bus or plane to Dong Hoi city (the seat of Quang Binh province).
1. Train
* From Hanoi capital
There are many trips / day (about 8 trips) and start in all day. Distance Hanoi – Dong Hoi is about 600km (375miles), take less than 10 hours to arrive. You can buy the train ticket at:

* From Sai Gon city
There are about 8 trip /day too. Distance Sai Gon – Dong Hoi is about 1250km (750miles), take about 0ver 20 hours. You can buy the ticket at:

Quang Binh travel itinerary for 2 days
1st day
Arrive Dong Hoi, you rent a motorbike or car to visit attractions. Morning, bath on Nhat Le beach in the city center. Afternoon, ride to Danced Stone beach, about 30km (19miles) from Dong Hoi in the direct to Hanoi. Vuc Quanh ecoregion on Ho Chi Minh highway, 7km (4miles) from Dong Hoi. Evening, stroll around streets, feel wind at bankriver or walk to Me Suot monument.
2nd day
You buy a tour to visit Thien Duong cave (Paradise cave – a beautiful and majestic cave that you can’t skip), and Phong Nha Ke Bang national park (World Natural Heritage) including attractions: Tien Son cave, Phong Nha cave, Tam Co cave and Nuoc Mooc streem.
In the morning, you will visit Thien Duong cave and visit Phong Nha Ke Bang in afternoon.
You may ask to buy tour at your hotel or consult tours of Phong Nha discovery company. Tour will end at 6pm.

If you have 3th day
You may visit rest attractions. However, most of them are historical sites and i think they have not many special things to see with foreign tourists. However, if you want to visit then i have some places:
– Truong Son cemetery is resting place of Vietnam’s revolutionaries.
– Hien Luong bridge cross Ben Hai river where was the border dividing Vietnam into 2 countries in the war from 1954 to 1975.
– Vinh Moc tunnel is a underground military structure including kms of tunnels and many other underground structures.
